The Need for Touch...
As a society, we are touch deprived and this can lead to disease or emotional dysfunction.
From the cradle to the nursing home, tactile stimulation and the emotional assurance of caring touch brings about a sense of well-being and security.
In an effort to be "green" and more sociably responsible, we use only natural and organic products, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
This also means we do not use scent of any kind unless it is pure essential oils. We promote a clean and natural environnment, therefore we ask anyone visiting, please refrain from wearing any perfume, tanning bed spray, or heavy makeup.
We would also appreciate those who smoke to abstain from smoking right before your appointment.
About your Therapist:
Marcella Meister, L.M.T.,
received her certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork in 2002. She has a private practice located in Lakewood, Ohio where she strives to educate the public about the benefits of massage for healthy living. Therapeutic Massage is very beneficial for injury related cases or anyone with chronic ongoing pain and inflammation.
